Conversion Set for Speedport and FRITZ!Box to improve the radio range
Often FRITZ!Box,Spreedports and other wireledd routers do not have the radio range, which is needed.The solition to such a problem is an external antenna for your router. Unfortunately many AVM FRITZ!Boxes and Speedports do not have a connector for an external antenna. One solution to this problem is an antenna with a housing clip and an IPEX plug.
The conversion of these devices is usually very simple and takes only a few minutes. For this, you must carefully open the wireless router, loosely disconnect the original antenna connector from the board, connect the IPEX plug of the new antenna to the socket on the board, attach the antenna to the cover and then close the housing again carefully.
